Jeremy Pressman

Jeremy Pressman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political
Science and Director of Middle East Studies at the University of Connecticut. He
has written two books: Point of No Return: the Deadly Struggle for Middle East
Peace
(with Geoffrey Kemp; Brookings, 1997) and Warring Friends (Cornell, 2008). He is on twitter @djpressman and writes for Beacon Reader.

    Thanks for the piece from Dov on the possibility of an Israeli strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities. It was well reasoned and persuasively presented. Am I mistaken in recalling Israel’s strike on Iraq’s nuclear reactor in 1981, only to have the international community condemn the strike as unlawful?
